IBB would also like to highlight some filmic artworks made on Curaçao both by artists in residence or from local filmmakers.

During the first film afternoon viewers enjoyed screenings of “Play Curacao” by Frank Koolen and Kasper Jacobs, and the feature film “Ava and Gabriel” by director Felix de Rooy. The makers of both the films were present at the screenings to talk about their work.
