On Friday, March 1, the sculpture of David Bade was unveiled at the Grote Marktstraat in The Hague.
The sculptured titled ‘Calimero’ is the artist’s first Bronze sculpture and makes part of the van P. Struycken Sculpture Gallery. The sculpture is located in the heart of the Hague.
Former lecturer of the IBB André Kruysen (and sculpture teacher of the Royal Academy) was also there and gave one of his own images explanation.
It was a great day for IBB as David Bade was able to share this experience with former IBB students whom are currently studying in the Netherlands.
